Booking Policy

O’Hara Skin & Body Clinic have a Booking Policy.

This policy is designed to protect the bottom line of our business and in turn, our affordability and also keep things fair for all clients.

A $30 deposit is required to secure ALL bookings. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours working notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours working notice or you fail to attend your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

We cannot accept messages left on Sunday’s or Monday’s as sufficient notice as we will not have enough time to try to fill the time slot.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers vouchers are valid for up to three years and are valid for treatments only. Cannot be redeemed on products.

Returns and Exchanges

For Health and Safety reasons, unless faulty, I regret I cannot give refunds or exchanges for products purchased.

Personal Property

O’Hara Skin & Body Clinic do not accept responsibility for personal property that is lost or damaged at the clinic.
