Booking Policy

O’Hara Skin & Body Clinic have a Booking Policy.

This policy is designed to protect our business's bottom line and, in turn, our affordability and to keep things fair for all clients.

A 50% deposit is required to secure ALL bookings. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours of working notice to offer another client that time slot. Your deposit will be held for your next booking or refunded. However, your deposit will be forfeited if you don’t provide us with a notice of 24 hours’ work or fail to attend your appointment.

If you have a prepaid treatment package, you may use this instead of the deposit. However, if you don’t give us 24 hours’ working notice or fail to attend your appointment, the treatment will become void.

We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or Mondays as sufficient notice as we will not have enough time to fill the time slot.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for up to three years and for treatments only. They cannot be redeemed for products, and they are not valid with Nurse Bel.

Returns and Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we regret that we cannot give refunds or exchanges for purchased products unless they are faulty.

Personal Property

O’Hara Skin & Body Clinic does not accept responsibility for personal property lost or damaged at the clinic.

Treatment Packages

Packages of multiple services (same or different service) are offered at a discounted price for upfront purchase. These packages have a one-year validity unless otherwise stated and approved. Refunds are not offered for a change of mind.
